The rooms at Hotel Isabel I were very nice and comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the staff members were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a great option if you're looking for somewhere close to the city center, with easy access to Dia de Los Muertos activities. the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are spotless and the breakfast is good. the hotel staff is friendly and attentive, and the view from the rooftop is amazing.
The hotel's location is in an area that can be a bit sketchy at night.

The hotel is incredibly clean, and the staff who worked there were all really friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is great too - it's close to many fantastic restaurants and amazing attractions to explore. I loved that they offered complimentary Wi-Fi and convenient parking, which made my stay a lot smoother.
The hotel's Wi-Fi signal was weak at times which was a bit frustrating when trying to work online. the area outside the hotel was not the safest, and it would have been great if the hotel provided extra security measures such as security personnel.

Clean and well located hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and nice rooms. Attentive and pleasant employees.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were verynice and neat, and the employees were pretty attentive and pleasurable. The hotel's location close to the city center was very convenient, especially for the Dia de Los Muertos activities.
Can't fault anything about it.

Spending New Year at this hotel was great! the room was very clean and comfortable, and the employees were super friendly and helpful. the location couldn't be better either, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Plus, there was free Wi-Fi, which was a great perk.
That there wasn't a parking lot, so we had to park on the street. the area wasn't the best, with some sketchy characters around, but we felt safe enough and didn't have any issues.
